The subject of this Preliminary Information Form is to provide preliminary information to the buyer who placed the order ("Buyer") regarding the sale and delivery of the product/service, the specifications and sales price of which are specified below, ordered through the abejareina.co domain owned by abeja reina ("Seller"), within the framework of relevant regulations. This information is provided for commercial purposes, in accordance with the principles of good faith, to protect minors and adults who lack or are limited in their ability to discern.

The product/products subject to the contract are delivered to the Buyer or the person/organization at the address indicated by the Buyer within this period, depending on the distance of the Buyer's delivery address for each product, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 (thirty) days following the delivery of the order to the Seller .

The total product price stated above is collected from the Buyer by abeja reina .

Delivery Conditions/Carrier: The Seller's preferred cargo/carrier will be notified to the Buyer at the time of ordering or in the order confirmation . (In practice, the Seller may work with companies such as Yurtiçi Kargo, Aras Kargo, Hepsijet, Kolay Gelsin, etc. If there is no contracted carrier branch in the Buyer's area, an alternative solution will be offered.)


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND ITS USE (Law No. 6502 and Distance Contracts Regulation)

Buyer who is a consumer ;

  • In contracts regarding the performance of services , from the date of establishment of the contract,

  • In distance contracts regarding the sale of goods, from the date of receipt of the goods
    The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

It is sufficient for the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal to be sent to the Seller in writing or via permanent data storage within this period.

The Consumer Buyer will be informed after the notification regarding the right of withdrawal reaches the Seller.

The Seller shall refund all payments made by the Consumer Buyer to the Seller for the relevant goods or services, including the delivery costs of the goods to the Consumer, if any , within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the notification that the Consumer Buyer has exercised his right of withdrawal, in accordance with the payment instrument used at the time of purchase and without imposing any expense or liability on the Consumer.

Return Shipping Process: If the Consumer Buyer exercises their right of withdrawal, the return will be made via the contracted courier service specified by the Seller in the order confirmation . For returns sent using this courier company, the Buyer will not be charged a return shipping fee. If the Consumer Buyer sends a product with a courier other than the contracted courier company, the Seller cannot be held responsible for return shipping costs or any damage that may occur during the shipping process. In locations where there is no contracted courier service, the Seller will provide a solution for the Consumer to collect the product without any additional charges.

Completeness of Return: The Consumer Buyer must return the goods to the Seller within 10 (ten) days from the date of the notice of withdrawal. The goods to be returned must be returned complete and undamaged, including the invoice , box , packaging , standard accessories (if any) , and any gift items . The Consumer Buyer must use the goods in accordance with their functionality, technical specifications, and usage instructions within the withdrawal period; otherwise, the Consumer Buyer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods.

Bank Processes: The reflection of bank/card refunds in the Buyer's account/card activities depends on the bank's internal processes; the Seller cannot intervene in this process.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal (Regulation Art. 15):
(a) The price of which varies depending on fluctuations in financial markets; (b) Which is prepared in line with the wishes or personal needs of the Consumer; (c) Which is perishable or may expire quickly; (ç) Which is unpackaged after delivery and whose return is not suitable in terms of health/hygiene; (d) Which is mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated; (e) Unpackaged books, digital content and computer consumables; (f) Periodical publications such as newspapers/magazines other than those within the scope of a subscription agreement; (g) Services related to accommodation, goods transportation, vehicle rental, food and beverage supply and leisure time that must be performed on a specific date/period; (ğ) Services performed instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly; (h) There is no right of withdrawal in contracts related to services whose performance started with the Consumer’s approval before the expiration of the withdrawal period.


SELLER'S RESOLUTION METHOD FOR COMPLAINTS

The Buyer may submit complaints regarding the purchased goods/services to the Seller at support@abejareina.co address or by calling +90 544 544 06 23. If the complaint is submitted, the Seller provides the necessary support to resolve the problem.


DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Buyers who are Consumers within the scope of Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation may submit all their complaints and objections to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in the place where the Buyer is settled or where the consumer transaction is made , in accordance with the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Trade.


OTHER INFORMATION

  • The Buyer knows and accepts that the payment obligation will arise when he/she confirms the order for the product/service he/she has selected on the site.

  • The contract will be established between abeja reina and the Buyer upon the Buyer's electronic approval of this Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement .

  • This Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement text will be kept by the Seller after the conclusion of the contract and a copy will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer.

  • The Buyer is responsible for the completeness and accuracy of the personal/company information and payment information provided to the Seller in any way during the use of the product/service included in this Preliminary Information Form or the Distance Sales Contract or the subject of these texts; if it is incomplete/incorrect, the Buyer shall update it through his/her account.

  • The Seller may supply the Buyer with a different product of equal quality and price before the end of the performance period, provided that it has a justified reason , informs the Buyer and obtains his express approval .

  • In cases where the fulfillment of the goods/services subject to the order becomes impossible , the Seller shall notify the Buyer in writing or via permanent data storage within 3 (three) days from the date of learning about this situation and shall refund all payments collected, including delivery costs, if any, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of notification.
