When will my order be delivered?
Orders are delivered within 1–3 business days across Turkey, 6-8 business days across the UK. You can track your package using the tracking number sent to your email.
What is your return & exchange policy?
Returns & exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached. For further assistance, you can submit a return request or contact us via email. Your satisfaction always comes first.
Where are the products manufactured?
All of our pieces are ethically made with care in limited quantities at a boutique atelier in Istanbul. 🤍
